- Early-Bird Fee: $100 per person deposit at initial registration + $100 per person final payment by June 1, 2026
- Late Registration Fee: $250 per person after June 1, 2026, paid in full

AWeN Gathering 2026 Camp Registration & Waiver
Event Dates: July 9-12, 2026
Location: Ravens Ridge, Ronan, Montana, USA
Participation: Limited to 30 individuals who have signed and delivered this registration & waiver and made full payment of camp fees as described in more detail below. You can be added to our standby list in the event of another’s cancellation by completing this form and paying a $100 deposit.
Camp Fees:

- Late Registration Fee: $250 per individual after June 1, 2026 paid in full
- Fee includes:
- All scheduled ceremonies, workshops, and activities
- Onsite vegetarian meals (with gluten-free options available)
- Use of common spaces, main activity tent, and portable restrooms
- Fee does not include:
- Personal lodging is not included, though space will be available for tents and a few RVs at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy:
- To cancel, send an email to AwenMontana@gmail.com noting the names of registered participants who are cancelling. The cancellation is effective on the date this email is received.
- Automatic cancellation applies if full payment is not received by June 1, 2026.
- Participant cancellations made before June 1, 2026 will receive a 100% refund of deposit.
- Participants cancellations made between June 1-25, 2026 will be refunded 50% of fees paid.
- Participants cancellations made after June 25, 2026 will be refunded 0% of fees paid.
